EVOLUTION OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION

-The constitution is defined as a set of fundamental principles or

established presidents according to a state or other organization

is governed thus the word itself means to be a part of a

whole,the coming together of distinct,entities into one group,

with the same principles and ideals these principles define the

nature and extent of government.

-The constitution of the Philippines,the supreme law of the

Republic of the Philippines,has been in effect since 1987.The

were only three other constitution that have effectively

governed the country,the 1935 commonwealth constitution,the

1973 constitution,and the 1986 freedom constitution.However

these were earlier constitution attempted Filipinos in the

struggle to break free from the colonial yoke.


EVOLUTION OF PHILIPPINE TAXATION

-Government raise revenue through taxes to serve as budget of

the country.

-Government promise assistance to improve lives of citizens

through programs and projects and these will be executed using

the revenue earned from taxes.

-The tax in the Philippines evolves as the time goes by as it has

to vary along with the evolution of economy as well.
