On every topic (Constitution, Taxation and Agrarian Reform) that we have discuss
complete the following statements.

Note: It's your choice how to present it can be video, written, Picture with design
and so on.

1. CONSTITUTION

One thing I learned in our constitution:

 That the preamble is derived from the Latin word “preambulare”, w/c means
“to walk before”. It is a • Philippine Executive Commission - Composed of
Filipinos with Jose Vargas as chairman. prologue or introduction of the
Constitution. Exercised both the executive and legislative powers.

Two questions on mind are:

 How were deputies to the Constitutional Convention chosen?

 Who was called the "Father of the Constitution"?

Three things I never forget that the constitution:

 The Constitution of the Philippines

1. Also called Saligang Batás ng Pilipinas,
2. Popularly known as the 1987 Constitution,
3. Is the constitution or supreme law of the Republic of the Philippines
4. Adopted on October 15, 1986, and ratified on February 2, 1987
5. Under President Corazón C. Aquino
 That the constitution is a set of fundamental principles or established
precedents according to which a state or other organization is governed.
 Philippine constitutional law experts recognize three other previous
constitutions as having effectively governed the country
1. The 1935 Commonwealth Constitution,
2. The 1973 Constitution, and the 1986 Freedom Constitution

2. TAXATION

One thing I learned in our Taxation:

 That taxation is described as a method by which the government can create

or collect revenue from its citizens through various sources. According to
what I learnt in my taxes class, there are two forms of taxation: direct and
indirect. Direct taxation is paid directly to the government by the taxpayer,
while indirect taxation is collected from the consumer by an intermediary
(such as a retail store).

Two questions on mind are:

 In what sense does the legal and economic definition of tax differ?
 What happened during the Poll Tax Riots in the United Kingdom?

Three things I never forget that the Taxation:

 Taxes are required to provide government services. Taxation provides

money for government infrastructure, which allows for the delivery of public
services to states and the nation.
 70 Tax-Related Interesting Facts Americans with greater incomes pay higher
taxes than those with lower incomes. The richest 1% of the population
receives 19% of the total income yet pays 37% of the income tax. The
highest ten percent of the population foots 68 percent of the bill. The lower
half of the population earns 13% of the income but pays only 3% of the
taxes.
 The most basic function of taxation is to fund government expenditures.
Varying justifications and explanations for taxes have been offered
throughout history.

3. AGRARIAN REFORM

One thing I learned in our Agrarian Reform:

 Throughout that the country’s history, agrarian reform in the Philippines has
long been a combative issue and one that is often preceded by some form of
instability and violence. Used mainly as a tool to garner grassroots support,
agrarian reforms were formally institutionalized by setting up regulations on
land size and contracts.

Two questions on mind are:

 Why did the comprehensive agrarian reform program of the Philippine fail?
 Why is the comprehensive agrarian reform program (CARP) important?

Three things I never forget that the Agrarian Reform:
