Instructions: How does that culture affect the behavior of the people? What are your suggestions to
improve and maintain it?

 The "nurture" side of the debate on factors influencing behavior, culture looks at the entirety of a
society's belief system, laws, mores, practices, language, and attitudinal variables that distinguish
one group of people from another and are passed down from generation to generation. What
happens when you are raised according to the customs of a particular culture?

Your dress sense, grooming, language, belief system, and attitude change to fit into that society,
making you accepted by them. You start acting and behaving in ways that are considered as
appropriate to such a culture.

Therefore, culture has a significant impact on how someone acts in any given situation. Consider
the fact that while baring the breasts is prohibited in certain locations, it is considered natural in
others. Some places permit open interaction between men and women in public settings, while
others do not. This has a significant effect on behavior, which is seen when these people visit a
location with a different culture than their own. They experience "culture shock," which is most
clearly demonstrated by their responses and behaviors to the unusual stimuli they encounter in a
foreign environment.
