Roles & Responsibilities of Lead Coordinator


Artha is the annual flagship event of the ISB Finance Club and ISB Alumni Association and has hosted
some highly accomplished leaders in the past. The conclave brings together some of the best minds at the
forefront of industry, policy and academia through interactive discussions, with the aim of developing
perspectives and inspiring the student body.

Roles and Responsibilities

▪ Form an implementable term by term roadmap through the leadup to Artha


▪ Work closely with the administration and help revamp existing competition frameworks
▪ Lead end to end operations and logistics of the event

Good to have skills

▪ Exceptional leadership abilities and an impeccable work ethic


▪ Strong motivation despite personal commitments like placements and grades
▪ Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
▪ Street smart thinking with an ability to stay calm during crunch situations
