● Guessing Activity Function: To practice the Rubber Duckie, Paper Cup,
o Ss will practice speaking by guessing the key expressions based prepositions by acting out Small Box
on the pictures they will see the key expressions using
o T can ask a particular S to answer or have Ss call out the answer props

• Prop Activity
o Students will be given a Rubber Duckie, a paper cup, and a box
o Teacher will say the phrase, “the duck is (on, in, under, etc.) the
box
o Students need to place the duck in the correct position
according to the preposition

o Quick review of vocab before class ends

Anticipated Problems & Suggested Solutions: Students may get confused with the instructions of the Prop activity. Therefore, the teacher needs to
demonstrate and model the activity before the students can begin.

Contingency Plans: If there is not enough time, then the teacher can reduce the number of practice reviews and focus more on the listening aspect
of the lesson that includes the prop activity.
