going to enlighten us with their words of knowledge and experience about the Indian
Banking Sector.
It's a great opportunity for us to join this talk session I Sameer Singh Chouhan and I

panelists that how did the Indian Banking system effectuate during the Covid-19 timeline when
compared to the functioning of the other countries?

took place post-2020, was it good for the Indian economy?

Q6. With a population of 138 Crores and around 80% of them using Banking facilities do you think
India can become an economic superpower?

a financial and currency crisis?

Q8. What are the issues and challenges for Indian banks ever since the implementation of Basel III?
Q9. Are Indian banks ready to make the ‘digital-first’ transition? If yes, then what are the different
levels of maturity that they need to achieve to be leaders in this digital-centric world?

Similarly, talking about this context in the world of Cyber Crime, do you really think that digital
payments are safe and authentic.

Q.18 Customer Relationship Management is a broader concept. Looking into this, my question to
you is that do innovative changes in the banking sector affect the mindset of the customers?
