Each agency are having distinct roles or functions in order to attain one goal which is to provide quality

education, deliver it to learners and to produce globally competitive graduates. For an instance here in
the Philippines, we have DepEd that focuses in basic education from kinder to senior high school. TESDA,
which focuses on vocational skills and Ched that is assigned in higher education or tertiary. This shows
that each level, and field of education are given enough attention to emphasize specific learning for each
learners, regarding their age, status in life, and area where they are inclined at. By these, every Filipino is
given attention and enough opportunity/access to education.
