    I believe that no two learners are alike; they have multiple intelligences. As a teacher, I should always look into
    consideration that every learner is unique with different talents and skills that need to unfold and discover. I will provide
    support by giving them activities that enhance their full potentials and develop those skills from within. Encouragement
    and appreciation are a great help to let them feel that they are acknowledged and loved.

    Every classroom must provide learning opportunities to everyone including our learners with special educational
    needs (LSENs). We should let them feel that they are important as well in order to experience and enjoy while learning.
    The conducive learning environment is one of the keys to achieving success in terms of providing quality education to
    everyone.

    My philosophy of education is about consideration of multiple intelligences and provide equal learning
    opportunities to our learners with special educational needs (LSENs).

    Although in our department we already have the SPED classes for learners with special education needs (LSENs)
    but I think we must continue campaigning for this advocacy because not all of the LSENs are given equal opportunity to
    go to school because of some reasons. As a teacher, we must encourage the parents and the learners for them to feel
    that they are not taken for granted in society.

    DepEd has this program for our LSENs through inclusive education, I believe that this philosophy applies in our
    vision and mission. As teachers, we should bear in mind the love for teaching and children with dedication and
    determination to make a difference in our field of expertise.

    Yes, everyone has a great role to attain success –teachers, learners, parents, and stakeholders must work
    together for a successful implementation of these programs.

    I am a strong believer in the power of education to everyone’s lives and therefore we must be committed to
    serve our clientele with utmost sincerity and  responsibility to long-term effect which is literacy by unlocking the minds
    and hearts of our dear pupils.
