AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF VILMA D. TOH

 MY HUMBLE BEGINNING

I was born in Capehan a

small sitio of Poblacion,
Magsaysay, Davao del Sur on
May 23, 1974. My parents are
Ricardo Bolivar Decaparon and
Lilia Gaquit Florito. I am the third
child among the five offspring. I
was able to finish Intermediate
course in 1985-1986.
DETERMINATION
At the age of 18, I decided
to seek the fulfillment of my
aspiration abroad. So I made
that quick decision to go to
Singapore and worked there
for a consecutive years.
 FOUNDING LOVE

As a dainty, young Filipina a certain man named Moses Wah

Hock Toh was captivated by my alluring black beauty. Since
Moses possessed the qualities I’ve been dreaming for a man to
be I decided to be in a relationship with him which lasted for 5
years. The 5 years span of knowing other we developed closer
and more intimate relationship and sometime in 2002 we
decided to settle down and got married.
 MY TREASURES

God has blessed us 2 children

both boys, Aaron Jian Jie Toh
and Bryan Jian Hui Toh.
PUBLIC SERVICE AND STUDY
While in the Philippines I
decided to join the
Barangay Election last 2010
but I didn’t make it. But I
think my calling is to
become a public servant. As
of today I am currently the
barangay Secretary of our
barangay while finishing my
baccalaureate course in SC
Padada.
