There are several steps one must go through before being employed by the Acme Corporation.

application is the first process that needs to be done before the next steps. Secondly, after the
application is submitted, job seekers attend the initial qualifying interview in this test if standard
qualifications are not met, they cannot be employed. Job seekers need to meet the basic qualification to
go to the next step. After that interview, if they met the qualification, they will follow a test which is an
aptitude test. In case they fail, they will be not employed by the Acme corporation. At Acme
Corporation, getting a job is not an easy process. Once that is qualifications and aptitude test is done,
the next step is probation employed for six months. This is done to determine the performance of
workers. Make sure that all potential employees are well qualified Acme Corporation will do a six-month
evaluation after the employed trial. Before being offered a permanent position at the company,
employees not recommended will be terminated.
