Nurse   : “Mrs …… I am sorry Do you have contact telephone number for your next
kin? ?

Patient  : “Yes, it’s my sister…….”

Nurse   : “Okay. And then your Kin is Mrs….. which is your sister, right?”

Patient  : “yes, that is true. Nurse”

Nurse : “Do you smoke?”

Patient : “No”

Nurse : “Do you drink?”

Patient : “No”

Nurse : “Do any of your closest family suffer from …?”

Patient : “No”

Nurse : “Are you allergic to anything?”

Patient : “ No”

Nurse   : “Okay, the last Mrs…. choose dr Furqon as consultant”

Patient  : “Yes nurse”

Patient: Nurse, I think I might have a fever. It’s so cold in here!

Pasien: Perawat, saya pikir saya mungkin demam. Dingin sekali di sini!

Nurse: Here, let me check your forehead.

Perawat: Ya, Anda mengalami sedikit demam. Saya pikir saya akan mengambil

Patient: Is there anything to worry about?

Pasien: Apakah ada yang perlu dikhawatirkan?

Perawat: Tidak, tidak. Semuanya baik. Normal untuk mengalami demam setelah
