Dialogue script of situation 1

Nurse : "Assalamualaikum. It's Mr.James , isn't it?"

Pantient : "Yes, That's right."

Nurse : "My name is nurse Athfal. I'm looking after you today."

Pantient : "Oh, Right."

Nurse : "Mr.James , have you got an ID bracelet on?"

Pantient : "Yes, Here it is."

Nurse : "I just need to check your personal details. Can I look at your ID bracelet,
please?"

Pantient : "Certainly."

Nurse : "Can you tell me your full name, please?"

Pantient : "James greg."

Nurse : "Right. That's correct on the bracelet. What's your date of birth, please?

Pantient : "The 2nd of August, 1999."

Nurse : "2nd of August 1999, right.

Nurse : Good morning Mr.James and I’ll be looking after you for this morning. 

Patient : Good morning Nurse Athfal. 

Nurse : How are you feeling today? 

Patient : I’m feeling good. My fever has gone, but I’m a bit weak. 

Nurse : Have you eaten yet? 

Patient : Yes, I’ve eat a little this morning.

Nurse : That’s good. do you feel bad when you eat?

Patient : Yes, I feel nausea nurse and  feel bad to when eat nurse.

Patient : And i’m just felt so little dizzy and I barely can’t see it clear since everything circle
around.

Nurse : Did you take your medicine yet?

Pantient : Yes, i have taken the medicine given to you

Nurse : Oke, Mr.James. I'm here to check your temperature, pulse, and blood pressure."

Nurse : I’ll get you blood preasure first okay? 

Patient : Yes, please.

Nurse : I'll put the blood pressure cuff on. Can you roll up your sleeve, please Mr.James?

Pantient : "Sure."

Nurse : "Can you put your arm out straight? I'll put on the blood pressure cuff."

Pantient : "That's for my blood pressure?"

Nurse : "Let me see. Your blood pressure is a hundred and twenty over eighty. That's
normal."

Pantient : Thanks, nurse

Nurse : "Can you turn your head to one side for me, please, now, I'm going to take your
temperature

Pantient : Sure.

Nurse : That's fine. I'll just wait for the beep. Right, it's thirty-seven four, and your fever
has gone down

Pantient : Oke nurse

Nurse : Okay, I'm going to write the result on observation chart

Pantient : Nurse, would you like to hear a little story about the beginning of my cancer?
Nurse : Ok after this check you will be given chemoteraphy, during the healing process
of your late stage cancer of pancreas, and before that can i hear a little story when before
suffering from this cancer from you Mr. James please?

Pantient : Yes please,it was 2018, around the beginning of October, for the first time I
didn't feel well. I felt very tired which was followed by a fever. I thought, this is because the
busy activities at the office, plus the intense office work that piles up makes me tired. And I did a
checkup at the clinic and the nurse at the clinic said I was okay. The fever will subside if I drink
a lot and rest. I am still active, even though my friends in my office say I am very pale. But,
because of my role at that time as chief of staff after a while, I was tired and the fever didn't go
away until the nurse at the clinic advised me to have a blood test. Finally, I also visited the
doctor for a blood test. The result? I have this cancer.

Nurse : So few stories from you.

Pantient : Such is the story of my beginning with cancer.

Nurse : Ok thanks Mr.James for a little story from you.

Pantient : Your’ welcome nurse.

Nurse : OK, in about 1 hour there will be officers from the treatment section of the
therapy. Please later you can come with them to do therapy.

Pantient : Ok, nurse

Nurse : Later when after finishing the process, therapy and you need help something
you can press the bell beside the bed. to call a nurse
