Discuss with your trainee the risk stratification and the exercise intensity that fits their
classification. Write down your conversation in a form of script, use extra paper for the
script. Or you can video your conversation.

During our conversation online, we discussed the possible risk stratification. We can classify
risk through low, moderate and High. According to my health status, I may fall under Low risk
since I am mentally and Physically Healthy. We added more sets in exercises, added a warm up
and cool down exercise to avoid inapproriate exercises and stress in body. Warming up
increases your heart rate and therefore your blood flow which enables more oxygen to reach
your muscles. A warm-up also activates and primes the connections between your nerve and
muscles, which improves the efficiency of movement. With this Status, I am now ready to
perform the exercise.
