4. CPNP is asking for a more serious negotiation between the BARM and the GOVT where
there is mutual obligation to enforce the law of the country and never allow the fugitive
from justice and terrorist to hide within their territorial jurisdiction.

5. That all unit commanders must exercise their disciplinary authority, never tolerate
wrong doings and file administrative case if necessary. Internal cleansing must be
implemented seriously and strictly.

6. In the last 12 years the crime trends is about illegal drug, wherein the country is almost
surrounded by rampant drug pushers, users, and smuggler of prohibited drugs. It is the
big problem of the state considering that there some politicians and officers of the
government that protects this organize crime groups.
