Removed the broken lint catcher and missing lint screen. Purchased the
matching replacement parts from Reliable parts. Cleaned/ vacuumed out all the
lint stuck in the blower housing and ventilation tube. Reassembled the new lint
catcher into the dryer with the manufacturer screws and heat sensor. Finished
with aluminum taping around the ventilation tube to seal air from entering the
laundry room.
Dryer is heating and tumbling and cycled through showing full functionality.
