2022 She performs her tasks professionally to our Satisfaction. She was a diligent and
dedicated to her work. Her last monthly net salary was 5000 birr . Income tax and pension were
being deducted from her salary and paid to the customs authority.

Ms. Selamawit Diyakon Baye was fully responsible in her department and eager to participate
in all activities of the company. She has been working on different projects under construction as
junior architect. She has been devoting great effort towards overall progress of the company by
successfully accomplishing all the tasks given to her timely and effectively.
