Job Overview
 To ensure production of sleepers and bearers are according to customer requirements and specification.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Production planning & execution while ensuring minimal wastage and follow all work instruction & procedures
 Timely reporting (weekly basis) of actual production as target : specifying amount produces (metres and/or pcs),
and amount of raw material consumed (monthly basis)
 Liaise with QC Department on any non-conformance, assist in conduct & carry out root cause, preventive &
corrective action
 Liaise with storekeeping & procurement on projected raw materials needed vs current stock in-house
 Lead the production team, work with supervisor & team to ensure smooth operations in timely manner without
sacrificing quality
 Liaise with maintenance team for any repairs (preventive and/or emergency) to minimize disruption to production
 To identify necessary training or process improvement change which can lead to higher acceptable production,
less cost and etc
 To ensure work done comply with local regulations and requirements of HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental)
 Any other duties assigned by superior

Qualifications
 Education level : Degree in Civil Engineering
 More than 5 years experience in Pre-cast/High-strength concrete
 Good knowledge in AutoCAD
 Diligence and high attention to procedure and details
 Good record writing and record keeping skills
 Good in Management, interpersonal and supervision skills
 Generally in good health
