ABSTRACT

Small businesses have been playing a very important role in economies of every
country. Without these small businesses, our society won’t be as good as now. So as a
believer of success, we, the young entrepreneurs have decided to take on this challenge.
This project is based on idea of collective minds as a requirement to this subject.

Shelter is a basic need of the human species. It is one of the basic rights which
any human being may claim. Housing remains one of the crucial problems of our time.
House requires roof and roof is made by different materials. It is mandatory to have a
stable financial source with respect to the business you want to step in.

The main goal of this company is to serve not only the people of Pontevedra but
to reach a wide range of network. Competitive pricing will be based on a strategy of cost
leadership, through the optimization of operation and process. To optimize the advantage
of our materials in the roofing needs of the community in Pontevedra. We solely focus on
environment friendly roofing materials to provide comfort to homes that will be using it.

The aim of this chapter is to process an overview of how, we, entrepreneurs

managed to think of this business and to summarize the expected result of the said
business. The main purpose of this chapter is to guide prospective entrepreneurship to
make a reflection on management decision-making when starting up a micro, small or
medium sized business venture especially construction materials.
