The Hon’ble Chief Judicial Magistrate

Charaideo, Sonari.

Date:13.12.2022

Ref: Written explanation as per order dated 17.11.2022 passed by your honour
in connection with case no PRC 279/2022.

Respected Sir,

I have the honour to submit this written explanation with reference to the
order cited above as follows –
That Sir earlier due to inadvertent error, the chargesheet of Sonari PS
Case No 225/18 (PRC 802/2022) was tagged with Sonari PS Case No 255/18(PRC
279/222) and was placed before your honour on 26.05.2022 and your honour was
pleased to transfer the same to the Hon’ble JMFC, Charaideo, for disposal.
That Sir, when it came to my knowledge that the chargesheet of Sonari
PS Case No 255/18(PRC 802/22) has wrongly been tagged with Sonari PS Case No
225/18(PRC 279/2022) after the Hon’ble JMFC, Charaideo, brought the irregularities
to my notice on 27.09.2022, the case record of PRC 279/22 was sent to GR Branch
to take the remedial steps by tagging the actual chargesheet of the said case and to
place the same before the said Hon’ble court.
That Sir, at the time when the said case record was sent to me the same
day, I was very busy to prepare the necessary papers of a Mathurapur PS case in
which accused was arrested and was forwarded to the Hon’ble court, Sri Jugajyoti
chamuah a staff of the GR Branch asked me whether he can correct the order-sheet
dated 26.05.2022 passed by your honour in PRC 279/2022, I simply nodded and he
corrected the order-sheet on his own by using the correction pen(whitener) and sent
back the case record to the court of Hon’ble JMFC, Charaideo without bringing to my
notice as to how he corrected the order-sheet.
That Sir, later on the same day, when your honour called me to the
chamber and showed the case record, it came to my notice that the order-sheet
dated 26.05.2022 of PRC 279/2022 has been altered/corrected by the said Jugajyoti
Chamuah by using the correction pen(whitener) entirely and that too, without my
knowledge.
That Sir, now I am deeply regretted for the inadvertent error so
committed and most humbly beg your pardon and I have sincerely pledged not to
commit such mistake again in future and to discharge my duty most diligently and in
the best of my sincerity and devotion henceforth.
And for which act of your kindness etc I shall be much obliged.
With high regards.

Yours Faithfully

Sri Monuranjan Rajkhowa
