Mrs. Shally Choudhary is currently working in the capacity of Examiner of Patents &
Designs in the Biotechnology and allied group at the Delhi Patent Office. As an
Examiner her duties involve formal and technical examination of fresh and amended
patent applications as per Indian Patent Act 1970 (as amended). She is currently
working on a project titled ‘Developing search strategies on sequence listing and
traditionally used herbs’ in collaboration with World Intellectual Property
Organization (WIPO).
F. Objective/Abstract of the talk:
The pan-India ambitious mission aims to provide awareness on intellectual property
and its rights to 1 million students. It aims to ignite and inspire the students of
college/Universities to innovate and protect their creations.
