    With due respect, it is stated that I have been serving Mayo Hospital from last 2 years in
    Pediatric ER as a Trainee. In my experience, I along with our team have been working in a very
    professional, respectable and cooperative environment that supported in providing quality care to our
    patients as well as maintained a learning environment for everyone.

    Unfortunately, we are facing trouble in maintaining a cooperative working environment from


    CLF team who are reluctant to work in harmony with us by claiming their superiority of being
    consultants and treating our team in a belittle manner.

    In this regard, you are requested to look into this matter in order to resolve these issues. Thank
