BBTODA Rules & Regulations

1. MEMBERSHIP
– Official members of BBTODA approved by the city shall remain as they are. (NO ADDITIONAL
MEMBERS)
2. PASSENGER PICK-UP
– All BBTODA tricycle shall not pick-up passengers from Nacab going to Talisay proper
3. ATTENDANCE DURING MEETINGS
– All members of BBTODA shall be present to all monthly meetings
– To members that fail to attend the monthly meetings have consequences, except for those who have
valid reasons.
1st Offense – Warning

2nd Offense - ₱50.00 penalty

3rd Offense – 3 days suspension and ₱500.00 penalty

4th Offense – 1 month suspension

4. TERMINAL
– All drivers shall park their vehicle to the designated parking area until the parking space will be
occupied before they can transfer to the other side of the terminal
1st Offense – Warning

2nd Offense - ₱50.00 penalty

3rd Offense – 3 days suspension and ₱500.00 penalty

4th Offense – 1 month suspension

5. LICENSES
– All drivers of BBTODA shall have their licenses in order for them to join the organization.
– No drivers allowed without licenses
1st Offense – Warning

2nd Offense - ₱50.00 penalty

3rd Offense – 3 days suspension and ₱500.00 penalty

4th Offense – 1 month suspension
