AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ILLEGAL GAMBLING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION

OF THE BARANGAY. THEREFORE ANY CONSTITUENT OF BARANGAY
WHO VIOLATES THIS WILL OFFENCES ACCORDINGLY.

Section 1. This ordinance would like to impose upon the deliberation of the Barangay Council.
This ordinance imposed the prevention of gambler, to make the barangay become productive.
We aim this ordinance such as the following.

a) YOUTH – to prevent the minors ages from possible involvement of crimes, vices and
other immoral activities.
b) GUARDIANS – to focus their responsibility being a good parent.
c) COMMUNITY CONSTITUENT – to prevent the all stealing made by our constituents.
d) To avoid some instances that happens in the Barangay.
e) To become a productive, healthy and peaceful Barangay.

Section 2. Upon the Barangay Council approved by the body that the Ordinances declaring
prohibiting all kinds of gambling operations except SMALL TOWN LOTTERY (STL) within the
jurisdiction of the Barangay Nambucayan.

The following kinds of gambling not permitted of this Barangay Ordinance are as follows:
1. Paying Card
2. Cock Fighting

Section 3. Penalty. Upon the deliberations of Barangay Council made an exception of the
Barangay Ordinance are during burial time.

Therefore any constituent that violates of any provision of this ordinance will be penalize
such
as:

For Playing Card

a) 1st Offence - Player - Php 500.00 w/ Community Service

Viewer - Php 100.00 w/ Community Service

b) 2nd Offence - Player - Php 1,000.00 w/ Community Service

Viewer - Php 200.00 w/ Community Service

c) 3rd offence - Player - Php 1,000.00 w/ Community Service & Report to Barangay Court
Viewer - Php 200.00 w/ Community Service & Report to Barangay Court

For Cock Fighting

a) 1st Offence - Php 1,000.00 w/ Community Service

b) 2nd Offence - Php 2,000.00 w/ Community Service
c) 3rd offence - Php 2,000.00 w/ Community Service
d) Last Offense - Report to PNP

Upon the deliberation of the Sangguniang Barangay, that whoever caught to the owner of
place/venue of gambling will also penalize such as:

1st Offence - Php 500.00 w/ Community Service

2nd Offence - Php 750.00 w/ Community service
3rd offence - Php 1,000.00 w/ Community Service

SECTION 5. This Ordinance will take effect upon its approval.
