AN ORDINANCE ON COLLECTION OF CORRESPONDING BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE IN THE

APPLICATION FOR ANY BUSINESS-RELATED TRANSACTIONS.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Barangay that:

SECTION 1: This applies to the issuance of Barangay Clearance for Business Permit, Barangay
Certification and other Certification/Clearances for other purposes shall still be obtained at the
barangay.

SECTION 2: Authority to Collect Barangay Clearance/Certification Fee of Business related

transactions - the Barangay is given authority to collect Barangay Clearance/Certificate fee
subject to remittance.

SECTION 3: Rate of Barangay Clearance/Certificate Fee to be collected:

A. Barangay Clearances - P50.00

B. Barangay Certification - P50.00
C. Other Certification - P5000

SECTION 6. This Ordinance will take effect upon its approval.
