Purpose

The purpose of this MAB is to introduce the different QSK60 Propulsion and
Auxiliary electrical system architectures and associated wiring diagrams.

Discussion

Here are the different electrical and electronic system architectures that are
available for the QSK60-M and QSK60-D(M) products.

1. QSK60-D(M) Auxiliary System - (G-Drive/Dominion Controller) Not suitable

for vessels requiring Marine Society Classification, Base Auxiliary Product -
Customer Interface Box (CIB) which includes Local Analog Panel and
Dominion Controller
2. QSK60-M Propulsion System - (CM500/Quantum Controller) Not suitable
for vessels requiring Marine Society Classification, Base Propulsion Product -
CIB with optional Engine Room Panel which includes Local Analog Panel and
CETREK ED-2, optional remote panels are also available.
3. QSK60-D(M) Auxiliary Alarm and Safety System - (G-Drive/Dominion
Controller) Intended for vessels that require Marine Society Classification, Full
Auxiliary Product - CIB which includes Dominion Controller, Safety Module,
Local Analog Panel w/options for Remote Digital Panel and Remote Analog
Panel. 12 sensors for ECM (Control), 35 Alarm sensors, and 5 Safety
sensors.
4. QSK60-M Propulsion Alarm and Safety System - (CM500/Quantum
Controller) Intended for vessels that require Marine Society Classification, Full
Propulsion Product - CIB which includes Safety Module with options for

 Engine Room Panel, Remote Digital Panel and Remote Analog Panel. 12
sensors for ECM (Control), 35 Alarm sensors, and 5 Safety sensors.

There are wiring diagrams for each of theses systems. These drawings should
be used as reference to better understand the electrical options and associated
wiring available on the QSK60 marine engines. These drawings will also provide
schematic information required to troubleshoot the system when not functioning
properly. The drawing numbers for the following systems are:

Wiring Diagrams for the QSK60-M Propulsion Alarm and Safety System and
QSK60-D(M) Auxiliary System are in process. These diagrams will be available
