2. Three-phase electrical is a common method of alternating current electric power

generation, transmission, and distribution. It is a type of polyphase system and is the
most common method used by electrical grids worldwide to transfer power. It is also
used to power large motors and other heavy loads. While single-phase electric supply
is the distribution of alternating current electric power using a system in which all the
voltages of the supply vary in unison. Single-phase distribution is used when loads are
mostly lighting and heating, with few large electric motors. A single-phase supply
connected to an alternating current electric motor does not produce a rotating
magnetic field; single-phase motors need additional circuits for starting (capacitor
start motor), and such motors are uncommon above 10kW in rating.

Malaysia is Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia is a
statutory body formed under the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011
[act 726]. SEDA Malaysia was established on 1st September 2011 with the main role
of administering and managing the implementation of the Feed-in Tariff (FiT)
mechanism mandated under the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725]. Their
responsibilities are not limited to renewable energy; they also include promoting the
use of energy efficient technologies and approaches to reduce energy consumption.
