due to obstruction like hills, swamps, undergrowth. 50m X 50m matrix coverage as a guide for
a physical walk through unless portion of the land is non-accessible or unsafe to do so. Non-
favourable existing ground conditions to be identified and reported

3 Physical Encumbrances within and around the site – e.g. temples, cemeteries, other
registered rights or attachment, military use, water catchments, protection area, national
monument structures, preserved area , railway lines, flight path, airport noise, expressway
noise, etc

4 Major site constraints – Existing structures encroachment, historic preservation building

nearby / neighboring, power plants nearby, waterway, towers, underground cables structures,
waste disposal / dumping, pollution industry & sources, retaining structures, shore protection
works, hills / soil erosion issue etc.

6 Green belt requirements, existing vegetation preservation requirement e.g. for primary forest
