Importing Your Planner
When downloading your planner onto your tablet, please use Etsy on a web
browser such as Safari. The Etsy app does not support digital downloads.

STEP 1: Using your tablet, go to Etsy on Safari (recommended browser). Tap on your profile
picture and click “Purchases and Reviews”.

STEP 2: Locate your order and click the button that says “Download Files”. Click on the PDF
named “Download Manual” that contains links to download your planner and other files. It
will automatically open in a new browser.

STEP 3: On the Download Manual PDF, click on the respective link(s) to download your files.
A new window will open in your browser with your file.

STEP 4: Once the file has loaded, click the share icon on the top right to export it.

STEP 5: Select “Open in GoodNotes” (or the app

of your choice). Choose “Import as New
Document”.

Importing & Using Stickers
The first few steps of the download process for stickers is the same as mentioned on
page 1. You will be able to download your files using the Download Manual PDF.

Using the GoodNotes Sticker Book

Import the Sticker Book as a new document on GoodNotes. Tap the Lasso Tool icon. Lasso
the sticker you want, tap the selected area and click Copy. Then navigate to the document
you want to paste the sticker on. Tap and hold on the screen and click Paste.

Using the GoodNotes Elements Collection

Import the Elements collection file onto GoodNotes. It will automatically create a new
collection with the stickers saved. To use the stickers, tap the elements icon and
select the element that you want to add.

Using the Individual PNGs (compressed into .ZIP file)

Using Tabs & Hyperlinks
To be able to click on tabs and hyperlinks, you must be in Read-Only Mode. You must
turn off the pen tool to click the tabs. If your pen tool is on, you will be writing over the tabs.

Tap the following icons to toggle Read-Only Mode:

Importing Planner Covers

STEP 1: On the Download Manual, you will be able to download the Minimal and Aesthetic
Covers. These are both PDF files that contain the covers. Import them as new documents on
GoodNotes (see page 1).

STEP 2: Once the planner covers document has loaded, swipe to the cover that you want. In
GoodNotes, tap on More on the top left and select Copy Page to copy the new cover
page you want.

STEP 3: Navigate back to your planner document. Tap on the Thumbnail View on the
top left and scroll back up to the first page (the original cover page).

STEP 4: Tap the down arrow of the first page’s thumbnail. Select Add Page Before, then
Paste Page. You now have the new cover page pasted into your planner.

You may choose to keep the orginal cover, or delete it (see page 4 for how to delete pages).

How to Use GoodNotes
D UP LICATI NG PAG E S

Go to the page you want to duplicate. Tap on More and select Copy Page.

Tap on the Thumbnail View on the top left and locate where you want to paste the new
page. Tap the down arrow of the page thumbnail. Select Add Page Before or Add Page
After, then tap Paste Page.

RE AR RA NGI NG PAG E S

Go to the page you want to rearrange or move. Tap on the Thumbnail View on the top
left. Tap and hold the current page (outlined in blue) and drag it to where you would like it to
be placed.

Tap on the Thumbnail View on the top left. Tap Select on the upper right of the pop-up.
Select the pages you want to delete. Tap Trash to delete them.

Important note: Please do not delete any of the linked or tabbed pages, otherwise the links
will not work. If your planner’s links are broken, please download a new copy.

BOOKMA R KI NG PAG E S

Tap on the Thumbnail View on the top left. Click on the Bookmark icon on the top
right of the page you want to bookmark. You may find your bookmarked pages later
by accessing the Thumbnail View and going into the Favourites tab.
