“Condonation of Penalties for those who were not able to pay Real Properties due to Pandemic.”

Background:
When Covid-19 hits the country, most of real properties owners were not able to pay their
taxes during pandemic due to economic down terms. Many people lost their jobs and most of the
business establishments had closed due to bankruptcy. In other words, real property owners must
be exempted in paying their taxes due to economic down terms and this is very helpful to them to
lessen their problems in their households and land reforms.
