    Scope of Work: Supply of labor and materials for the repiping of A/C units

    As of December 10, 2022,

    I hereby affirm, to the best of my knowledge, based on the inspection, observation and testing of the
    equipments, that the said project which is the supply of labor and materials for the repiping of A/C units in Soto
    Grande Hotel & Resort has been completed. The project was completed in accordance with the work
    description of our proposal.

    We will provide a ninety-day warranty for the installation workmanship defects. We will render our services to
    correct defects free of charge on labor.
