Cylinder block generation 3

1. Use SDP3 to check that the air pressure to the

valve block is 8 bar.
Connect to SDP3 with 99 654 VCI3.
Run Functions > Check > Powertrain >
Charge air system > Checking pneumatic
components.

2. Activate the exhaust brake with 8 bar.

Check that the air pressure to the exhaust brake
is almost 8 bar by reading the value from the
sensor to the exhaust brake air pressure.

3. Check that the control cylinder carries out the

full stroke between the open and closed
position.

4. Check that the damper does not seize or get

stuck.
