TRANSLATE

(b) Depende de la persona. Generalmente demora dos o tres semanas. En mi caso, me demoré
un poco más en sentirme confiada.
It depends on the person. It generally takes two or three weeks. Personally (in my case), it took
me a little more to feel confident.

2. (a) ¿Cuánto te demoras en llegar desde tu casa?

How long does it take you to get from your house?

(b) No me demoro mucho. Vivo relativamente cerca y a veces me vengo caminando

It doesn’t take me long. I live relatively near and sometimes I come on foot.

3. (a) ¿Te demoraste mucho en hacer la última prueba de inglés?

Did it take you long to do the English last test?
 (b) No me demoré mucho en hacer los dos primeros ítems, pero me demoré más de lo que creí
en traducir la última sección. Pero pude terminar antes de que la profesora nos pidiera nuestras
pruebas.
It didn’t take me long to do the first two ítems, but it took me more than I thought to translate the
last section. But I could finish before the teacher asked us our tests.
