Task 1 - Online Course


Complete the Fairwork online course for “Hiring employees” at http://www.fairwork.gov.au/how-we-will-
help/online-training . You must email the certificate as proof of your completion.

Task 2 – IN CLASS Role-Play (based on project task) you are to conduct a role-play based on your
project task for Wobbly Boot Winery. You will be required to interview a candidate (one of your
classmates) based on the job description created in the project task. During the interview, you are
required to take notes of the candidate’s interview performance and answers. These notes are to be
submitted at the completion of the role-play task.

To help with the role-play, use the following guide:

1. Preparation
 Identify key behavioral criteria for position
 Ensure that you comply with anti-discrimination and Equal Opportunity Law
 Make sure the questions relate to the selection criteria
