The new generation, also known as "the Millenials", engage in various issues

both as a pupil and an ordinary person. In this essay I shall talk about some of
these challenges and present
remedies for parents.

Firstly, the Millenials are increasingly becoming asocial. This means that they
have been getting worse at socializing and having meaningful relationships. This
may also affect
them in their future life. For instance, they may have a hard time finding a
soulmate or scoring a well paying occupation. One of the most well known causes
of this phenomenon is
certainly "social" media. Because it's effortless and really entertaining, teens
nowadays don't want to bother with trying to have real bonds with people.
However, there is a solution.
Parents may help their offspring battle this addiction by gradually limiting
their daily use of these apps.

Psychological problems are another major issue. Depression and Anxiety Disorder
rates are at an all time high among younglings right now. A recent research
study done by psychology
students at Oxford has found a cause to this phenomenon. They have stated that
the brain is a "problem solving machine". Therefore, if it can't find any
problems to engage in, the brain
will create its own. That is exactly what is happening with today's generation.
Because infants don't work as hard, as they have everything they need already,
their mind starts to
create issues. A solution to this would certainly be promoting new hobbies to
kids. Playing an instrument, for example, reduces anxiety levels dramatically,
as been proved by many studies.

To conclude, the Millenials have faced numerous problems, but almost all of them
are psychological. Parents may aid their offspring by reducing the harmful
effects of apps like
Instagram or TikTok. Ultimately, they may also engage their children in numerous
social activites like team sports or playing in a band.
