The graphs given below depict information regarding the potato production and

consumption
in five continents including South and Central America, Africa, North America,
Europe, and
Asia. The units are measured in kg per person.

The vast majority of consumption numbers went to Europe (96.1 kilograms per
individual).
The second highest consuming continent, North America, was almost the half of
Europe with
only 57.9 kilograms per person. Asia and South and Central America followed with
25.8 and
23.6 kg's, respectively. Africa consumed the least amount of potatoes with only
14.1 kilograms.

Asia and Europe accounted for more than 80 percent of potatoes produced with
131.2 and 126.3
kilograms, in the order given. North America came next with only 24.7 kilograms.

South and Central America and Africa combined produced less than 10 percent of
total potatoes
with only 15.6 and 16.4 kilograms produced, respectively.

Overall, it can certainly be inferred that Asia had the biggest difference
between two tables,
and Europe had the highest total of potatoes produced and consumed. Africa and
South and Central
gave the two lowest numbers in both of the charts.
