Multipliers operate as a Talent Magnets and creates a powerful force that attracts other
competent individuals and then accelerates the growth of intelligence and capability in others,
as well as themselves. These leaders operate like an electromagnetic force that, through
interactions between atoms, propels matter in the universe.
These Leaders encourage people to grow and leave. Since they doesn’t like to keep their
brilliance to themselves; instead, they want to share and develop their intellect with others,
possibly within the team, outside the team, or throughout the entire Organization.

Important Notes from the Book:

Four active practices from Talent Magnets:—
1) Look for talent everywhere; (Appreciate all types of genius & Ignore boundaries)
2) Find people’s native genius; (people have a native ability, who easily frame the issue,
synthesize what people are saying, and lay out a course of action)
3) Utilize people at their fullest; (to bring up the hidden talents)
and
4) Remove the blockers. (Leaders - Multipliers most often know who the blockers are, one is
fixing the impediments, solving issues, removing, or maintaining distant relation between the
negative thought-oriented people.)
