Records of activities and of pertinent event are maintained by the Plant Incharge, with the
assistance of his subordinates for historical needs; to lead improvements in operation
procedures; and sometimes as evidence either as plaintiff or defendant. All the reports
prepared either as daily basis or at any other time interval, needs to be reflected in
summarized form in the annual reports.
