    Dear Mr. Hassan Ali Shahbaz,

    Subject Line: problems we face in the office

    I have been working as an Engineer at Gizmo electronics since


    its beginning back in 2019. Given my performance so far at the
    company, I would like to raise some issues regarding health and
    safety of our employees. firstly, we don’t have a safety
    department that deals with the safety of employees on daily
    basis and AC in our office is not working for the past 2 weeks
    because of which we had to keep the windows open for
    ventilation and the whole office become dusty because of that
    and the condition and not according to HVAC. Recently many
    employees and getting sick because of that and it effects our
    productivity at the office so kindly try to solve these problems
    ASAP as working in this office has become nearly impossible.
