Know all men by these presents:

I, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of F. Llamas St., Punta

Princesa, Cebu City, under oath state that:

1. That I am in Fatima, Brgy. Basak Pardo, Cebu City;

2. That as such owner, I have ownership rights over the above-described
property;
3. THOUSAND PHILIPPINE CURRENCY (P270,000.00);
4. That the said waiver is full and absolute.
