development in Indonesia.

At the moment, we are developing F&B projects in Bali. Our current plan is to build a 3-story multi-
functional commercial complex called "Depo Bazaar". The soul of the project takes its roots on the
first floor as the food court concept of the oriental bazaar in Arab countries. The most expressive
examples are the classic traditional fairs of Morocco and Istanbul. Second and third floors would be
used for renting out empty space units and fourth floor roof top restaurant and bar would open an
amazing view over the ocean. Now we are looking for an architectual design studio that would help
us to make our project come true.

Because we enjoy your creative approach a lot, we would like to learn more about the service you

What is the scope of work? Interior design, architecture design, landscape design?
What is the final product that you need? Planning, concept, design development, detail /
construction drawing, PBG Documents, BOQ, render/ photorealistic, video?
How about the structure and MEP consultant service, do you need them also by us or different
consultant?
What is the inclusion of this budget (500$/m2)? Infrastructure, electricity, water, legal, building
accessories?
Since you already calculate the floor area (about 1488m2) and you also have the basic model. Are
the basic concept for the floor plan already done?, so you just want us to develop your concept plan,
or you want us to make a brand new plan based on the reference that you gave us?

Additional clarification
How long do you need the works to be done? 2months for architectural plan, final 4-5months.
