Mid-autumn festival, originally created in China, 3000 years ago in the Zhou Dynasty.

Also
known as the Moon Festival or the Mooncake Festival. But nowadays, China isn’t the only country who
celebrate this festival. Some countries, mainly in Asia also celebrate cultural and religious festival like
Vietnam, Hong Kong, Korea, etc.…

This festival is held on 15th of August of the Chinese lunisolar calendar every year. On Mid-
Autumn festival, there is always a beautiful, white, full moon. Many stories about the Moon and about
this festival are told by our parent. We also have lantern, dragons, food tray and many more as
decoration. Mooncake and family meals as food, and we also have many activities. Like watching
fireworks, gathering, telling stories, dancing in a dragon suit, wearing masks, visiting and giving our
relatives lucky money and much more. This festival is a great time and opportunity for us to come home
and visit our relatives, parents or just chilling after a long year of working. We also wish other and
ourselves a lucky and good year. I and many other people really like this; I can’t wait for the next one.
So, let’s wait a few more weeks and we’ll celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival again. Goodbye!

(Sorry if this wasn’t “high quality” enough. I srsly don’t have the time because I have to do other
