Why this E Book? Because the battle cannot be won if you are unaware of contender, what
harm it can do and what your strengths and weaknesses are against it. So, to prepare for
any exam, you need to be aware of the pattern of the examination and what kind of
questions are actually asked. Previous Year Questions are the best way to figure out the
depth of the examination. Also, you can very easily analyse your strengths and weaknesses.

So, go through this paper in full to gain insights on how and from where should you start

Pattern of the Examination in the Year 2002

In the year 2002, the pattern of the examination was –


• Single paper consisting of 120 questions and 120 marks.
• Pen and paper based.
• There were two sections in the paper, Part A – English and Part B –
General Studies.
• All questions carried equal marks.
• Total duration of the exam – 2 hours.
• Penalty – 1/3rd negative marks for every wrong answer marked.
