What is PropMover CRM?
Propmover CRM will support real estate agencies for to organize their sales process , improve
efficiency, manage customer relationships and provides the tools to segment sales listings on
lead capture forms within a predefined workflow: from the capture, monitoring, management
of clients and properties, crossing, publication in portals, to the monitoring of rental and sale
operations and their subsequent invoicing and commission calculation.

Terms & Conditions

- Validity: This offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this proposal.
- Delivery: the delivery will be within 2-3 weeks from PO and sign contract.

- Warranty: 12 months from date of acceptance.
- This offer does not include any hardware, Operating Systems, Database Licenses,
hosting, domain, SSL Certificate, SMS units, SMS gateway, Payment gateway or data
entry services.
- Customer to make available all needed connections and grant VPN access for the server
software.
- Customer to provide all integration tools for any 3rd party software or any hardware.
- Delivery will be considered accepted by testing services and functions and to make full
cycle of transaction successfully.
- Content: All contents are to be delivered by the client in word format with Client logo
must be delivered in high resolution as well.
- Maintenance: 20% yearly maintenance fees after the period of warranty.
