Start by preparing your base vanilla cake

For batter: 1. Preheat the oven to 180* C and line a 9 x 13-inch


rectangular pan with parchment paper.
Base vanilla cake batter
2. Make a slurry of cocoa powder + milk and add to
2 Tbsp cocoa powder your vanilla cake batter. Using a spatula, mix this in.
2 Tbsp milk 3. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan.
4. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes or only until a
skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
For milk mixture: 5. While the cake is baking, make the milk mixture by
1 cup milk, warm combing milk, fresh cream, condensed milk, cocoa
powder & coffee powder. After the cake is baked,
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
trim the top and pour the milk liquid on the cake
2 Tbsp coffee powder and tilt the pan so that the milk covers the entire
1/2 cup fresh cream cake. Let it set in the fridge for one hour.
6. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa
1⁄2 cup condensed milk
powder.

Whipped cream
Cocoa powder
