Chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:
 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, measured correctly
 1 cup granulated sugar
 1/3 cup natural unsweetened cocoa
 1 tsp. baking soda
 ½ tsp. salt
 1 cup warm coffee, or 8 fluid oz
 1 tbsp. white distilled vinegar
 1/3 cup light olive oil or vegetable oil
 1 large egg, room temperature
 2 tsp vanilla extract

Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
 ½ Butter
 2 cups of sugar
 6 eggs
 3 cups of flour
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 3 tsp baking powder
 1 cup milk

Equipment’s Needed:
1. 2 large bowls 6. Mix master 11. Butter brush
2. 1 whisk 7. Measuring cup 12. Cooling rack
3. 1 large spoon 8. Toothpick
4. 2 cupcake pans 9. Baking cups
5. Tablespoons 10. Cakepan
Method of Cooking:
 9:00am – 9:10am - Get equipment’s that are needed. Wash hand with
soap and water. Wash all equipment’s with dish soap and water then dry
with a kitchen towel. Preheat oven at 350*F and grease cake pan with
melted butter . Get a large bowl and sift flour, unsweetened cocoa and
baking soda together then when finish add salt and granulated sugar
into the bowl.

 9:10am – 9:20am – In another bowl add in and measure vanilla extract,


distilled vinegar, vegetable oil, warm coffee and an egg. Then whisk
them all together till combined. Pour wet ingredients into the dry
ingredients and whisk them together until fully combined with no lumps.

 9:20am – 9:30am – In a cupcake pan, add some baking cups. Take an ice
scoop and take 2/3 some of the chocolate batter and pour in some into
the cups but not much to over bake then it wouldn’t come out to good.
Bake into the preheated oven for about 18 – 22 minutes or until
toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.

 9:30am – 9:35am – Wash bowl and dry them out. In that same bowl sift
sift flour and baking powder. Turn on the kitchen aid mix master and add
in butter and sugar together until it comes out creamy. When the sugar
has melted and the butter came out creamy, add in the eggs one at a
time. Then fold in flour and baking powder together and add vanilla
extract and milk and mix until a smooth batter is maintained. Ina
greased cake pan pour in cake batter into the pan. Bake in the oven for
45 minutes or until to toothpick comes out clean. `

 9:35am – 9:40am – Take out cupcakes from the oven and place on a
cooling rack. In the meanwhile, take all the used equipment’s and place
into the stink. Wash the wares then dry them off, when finish put them
back where they were.
 9:40am – 9:45am – Take out the cake out of the oven and place it on the
cooling rack as well with the cupcakes. Once everything as cool down
you can place both cake and cupcakes into separate palates.
