    PROJECT REPORT OF MUSHROOM

    CULTIVATION UNIT

    INTRODUCTION:-

    Borrower Mauhariya Purab Patti,
    Shivpur Khurd Kala
    Pratapgarh – U.P

    MANAGEMENT :-

    The Mushroom Unit run by proprietor Subedar Maurya . Proprietor of mushroom unit
    has good experience in mushroom cultivation and he had also completed training
    programme on Mushroom Cultivation.

    FINANCIAL FEASIBILTY :-

    As per attached financial analysis project is financially viable and debt coverage ratio of
    the project is sound.

    ASSUMPTION AND ESTIMATION:-

    1. It has been assumed that no Government subsidy will be available in project.

    2. It has been estimated that effective rate of interest to borrower will be 12.00%.

    3. The term loan will be repaid in 60 monthly instalments and each instalment will
    be equal amount.

    4. Depreciation on fixed assets provided on the basis of rate specified in provisions


    of Income Tax Act, 1961.
