Subject :- Work Order For PREPARATION AND SERVING OF FOOD AT GEP Project

(Camp-1 Bilgram Location)

Based on the discussion and the Commercials submitted by you, we agree to assign

the provisioning of food for the employees of PATEL INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED, at Chhani

on the terms and conditions mentioned in subsequent paras.

1. Scope : Preparation of food at the Bilgram Camp-1 Kitchen, and Serving to the employees

and the guest of PIL GEP Project at Cmap-1 Bilgram Location .

2. Period : The Contract will be Valid From 01st Apr’2023 to 31st Mar’2024.

3. Cost : Each plate will be billed at the rate Rs.105/- for GEP Camp-1 Bilgram Location

(Brekfast - Rs.25/-, Lunch - Rs.40/-, Dinner - Rs.40/-) plus taxes as applicable.

4. Revision of Cost : There would be no revision of rates per plate for the duration of

contract, despite escalation in commodity prices.

5. Payment to Staff : The payment to the staff of R G M Enterprises will be done by the

food company with all applicable legal compliance.

6. Billing : The bill be made for Month and will be paid with in 10 day after receiving and

validation.
7. Staff on Duty : The staff on duty will be medically fit and neatly dressed in R G M

Enterprises Uniform. They will inter-react with pleasant mannerism and will not indulge in

verbal or physical arguments with the employees of PIL.

8. Cleanliness and hygiene : The food will be made and served in most hygiene condition.

The Food Company after serving the food will leave no area Containers and Utensils

unclean unitized for preparation or serving the food. The food company would be

responsible for any effect due to unhygienic quality.

9. Termination Option : PIL reserves the right to initiate appropriate measures in the event

of any noncompliance and violation of the norms by the food company.
