Sub: Employment Offer

Dear Mr. Agha,

We refer to your application for employment and the subsequent interviews; we are pleased to offer you
contractual position at Sino Sindh Resource (Private) Limited., in the capacity of Assistant Engineer,
Mining in Production department.
Your services will be required six (6) working days at our Thar Site and you may also require to travel to
our Karachi Office as per requirement. You may also require to travel to other locations on need basis as
and when required.

SSRL shall pay the Gross / Base Salary on each completed calendar month as follows.

Basic Salary PKR 82,000

House Rent Allowance PKR 32,800
Utility Allowance PKR 8,200
Gross / Base Salary （pre-tax） PKR 123,000

Note:
1.You will be on probation for three months from the date of joining.
2.You will be entitled for leaves as per Company policy.
3.Provision of working beyond normal working hours have already been incorporated to your salary.
4. Employer will provide insurance coverage as required by Pakistan laws and regulations.
5.All prevalent Company’s Policies for Management Cadre, as amended from time to time, shall be
applicable.
6. This offer is contingent upon providing acceptance of employment offer, no criminal record is found in
China and Pakistan, medical reports from prescribed hospitals / doctors, academic certificates / degrees,
and any other files or certificates or contingencies required by the company. Failure to complete any of the
above mentioned conditions will render this offer null and void.
7. You may get contract of employment post-joining and post-completion of all the requirements.

8. Background verification may take some additional time, however, in case found any fake or wrong
information provided by the shortlisted candidate at the time of hiring process, that may lead to serious
action up to the termination of employment.

The aforesaid offer will remain valid subject to your acceptance and submission to us by April, 12th, 2024
and subsequent reporting to duty. Moreover, subject to completion of requirements mentioned in clause
6 of this employment offer which may communicate through further notification.
