ARTICLE X – PROVINCIAL/ CITY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Section 1. There shall be a Provincial/City Executive Council.
Section 2. The Provincial/City Executive Council shall be composed of all Eagle
Scouts on the said council who shall elect from among themselves the
following officers:
Provincial/City Chairman
Provincial/ City Vice-Chairman
Five (5) Provincial/ City Representatives
Provincial/City Secretary
Provincial/City Treasurer
Provincial/City Auditor
Provincial/City Public Relation officer
Section 3. The Chairman – The Chairman shall be the chief executive of the province
and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties and functions as
provided by this code and other laws. He shall among others:

(a) Exercise general supervision and control over all programs, projects,
services and activities of the local chapter.
(b) Initiate and maximize the generation of resources and revenues and
apply the same to the implementation of the development plans,
program objectives and priorities as provided under this Code; and
(c) Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and
functions as may be prescribed by law or resolution.

Section 4. The Vice Chairman --- The vice chairman shall be the presiding officer of
the provincial board and shall have the following powers:

(a) Exercise the powers and perform the duties and functions of the
governor in cases of temporary vacancy as provided for in Section 30
of this Code;
(b) Exercise such other powers and functions as may be prescribed by law
or resolution.

Section 5. The Representatives – The representatives shall be the representation of

ESOP- Iloilo Chapter in any events and programs and shall have the
following powers:

(a) Be the spokesperson of ESOP-Iloilo Chapter in any events as

designated by the president;

(b) Collates grievances of members and lobby it to the executive board;

(c) Assists the chairman in deciding matters that needs immediate

response and actions; and

(c) Exercise such other powers and functions as may be prescribed by

law or resolution.
