 Executive Summary

Banga Building Material Ltd. (BBML), is a sister concern of RFL. Among a lot of
products, BBML has added REGAL Furniture in its product category. Regal as a
brand already attracted the customer's attention. Regal is a very sophisticated brand
at present. They face huge demand every month. However, Regal brand established
in 2012, in this short period of time Regal has been a popular brand to the mass.

Some best features of their products are Completely Knockdown (CKD) Furniture,
Modern and Slim Look, Durable & User-Friendly, Furniture with Groove Design,
100% Termite Proof, 1 Year Service Warranty.

They have three individual furniture manufacturing industries in Bangladesh. One is

situated in Rupgonj, Narayangonj which area is approximate 2 lacs square feet and
another two factories are situated in Gawsia, Narayangonj which area is approximate
1.25 lacs square feet.

In this report, we have tried to discuss the supply chain section of Regal furniture. We
have briefly described their supply chain strategies, logistics, raw material collection
process, customer demand understanding and achieving strategic fit, distribution
network, transportation network for both inbound materials etc.
